Upon completion of this training course, participants will be able to:   
  • Define negotiation and Identify steps for proper negotiation preparation. 
  • How to negotiate effectively with different personality styles.
  • Define principled negotiation and identify the four steps in the negotiation process.

Learn bargaining techniques and strategies of inventing options for mutual gain and move negotiations from bargaining to closing.

​managers, team leaders, and employees.
 
Negotiation is a key life and work skill. Negotiating effectively requires the ability to change to mindset and move toward collaboration. With our Negotiation Skills Training, you will learn the practical skills and techniques to facilitate disputes. Participants will also explore four strategies for negotiating, and how to apply the four step process for successfully negotiating with other parties.

Rebecca is a nationally-recognized corporate trainer showing organizations and businesses how to turn conflict into consensus.

Robin Barton is a Certified Mediator specializing in Family Law cases and team member of Transitions Mediation Center. Robin is the Vice President of Kids First Parents Second, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping families minimize conflict during and after divorce. Working in Family Law practice for many  years, Robin worked to develop a program to help children affected by divorce for families in San Antonio. We offer more efficient, less expensive alternatives to litigation. Robin is a nationally-recognized corporate trainer showing organizations and businesses how to turn conflict into consensus.
